Achieving Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6) requires closer links among policies, strategies, and action plans considering integrated water resources management (IWRM). Any act or policy gives direction to better serve the mass population with maximum benefit. However, implementing the policies is essential for achieving SDG 6 in Bangladesh. Government agencies and other regulatory bodies must ensure the proper implementation of policies or strategies through coordination and cooperation. But there is a gap in Bangladesh’s policies, strategies, and action plans for sustainable integrated water resource management.
